The company through investment committee is announcing the proposed real estate project to be implemented; the announcement is including the following information;
1. Type of project ( Land purchase, House buying or building construction)
2. Features and other characters of the project including photos, videos etc
3. The value of project to complete (Project costs)
4. Number of shares to be purchased equally to the value of investment needed
5. Time frame of shares to be purchased eg. 90 days , 120 days etc
6. Time frame of project to be completed
7. Expected profit from the investment value within specific nominated period for example, for land ( Profit may be 30%-55% after two years), for commercial building (income per year will be 30m ) etc
Basic Business Terms and conditions
1. The project is owned by share holders and our company by ratio 85%/15% respectively
2. The shareholders has a mandate to decide whether their property to be sold at any time or on any means of using the property for making profit under the button room of voting (voting depend on the value of share to every share holder)
3. Any share holder has a mandate to sell his/her own shares based on the present market value and the company will transfer the ownership of the property to other share holder.
4. To every property must have insurance to avoid a risk associated eg. Fire insurance etc.
